I have been surrounded by amazing people for the past 5 years at my sweet little cafe and as we gear up to start the next 5, I just want to say thanks to my incredible staff who work beyond hard and give me something to be proud of every day. And to Sebastopol for making us your town cafe. And to all of our friends who show up rain or shine and enjoy the food, the conversation, the music. We love what we do and we hope to continue to support West County vendors and serve our Local community. Year six starts Aug. 3rd. Here’s to another great 5 years. Thanks for the support!
We plan to celebrate MOM all weekend. Friday Night chef’s making Prime Rib And Wild Salmon AND Saturday and Sunday we are making our signature Chicken and Waffles a Gypsy favorite as well as our Gypsy Benedicts either Black Forest Ham or Salmon Cake. As we head into April we are excited about Easter Brunch and the upcoming Apple Blossom Parade on April 16. The Gypsy Cafe will be doing a float this year and joining the town in our own special apple inspired parade. The cafe will be open before and after the parade for breakfast and lunch But watch our crazy band of gypsies as we join our kids and families dancing to our Flamenco buddy El OSO down Main Street Sebastopol. We love Spring and happy we finally got some winter rain. YIPEE
